This is an English translation for reference. If there is any difference between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version prevails.
For a singer, the voice is the most precious thing there is. We promise to handle the vocals and instrumentals you entrust to us as follows.
We use it only to store, convert, mix and deliver it to you.
Processing is fully automatic. We only listen if you contact us about a problem and give us permission.
Never used for training, samples or promotion, and never given to third parties.
Vocals, instrumental, images and finished files are all deleted automatically 7 days after payment.
It is stored and processed on Google Cloud servers in Japan (Tokyo region). Communication is encrypted, and stored data is encrypted too. We don't keep it on our own computers.
Deleted data is erased so it can't be recovered (we don't use features that keep deleted files for a period). That means we can't give you files after deletion, even if you ask. Please download what you need before the deadline.
For accounting and tax purposes, we keep only the order ID, plan, amount, date and time, and payment ID. No audio, song titles or email addresses remain.
The rights to your vocals, instrumental and finished files stay with you (or the rightful holder). No rights are transferred to us. Please make sure you have the right to use the instrumental and the song (Terms of Service, Article 7).
Instead of an account, your order page opens with a private link (your claim ticket). Anyone with the link can open it, so please don't share it. If you lose the link, contact us from the email address you used for the order, and we'll resend the link to that same address (the operator never sees the contents of the link).
